CRSScoreCalculator.net is an independent educational resource. It is not affiliated with IRCC or the Government of Canada. Nothing on the site constitutes legal or immigration advice.
3. Acceptable use
- You may not scrape, copy, or systematically reproduce significant portions of our content without written permission.
- You may not use the site to harass, defame, or impersonate others.
- You may not attempt to bypass site security, abuse APIs, or attack our infrastructure.
- You may not use the calculator to misrepresent IRCC's official scoring rules or to provide unlicensed immigration consulting services.
4. Intellectual property
All site content — calculator code, guides, tables, illustrations, the CRSScoreCalculator.net mark — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may quote short excerpts (≤ 100 words) with attribution and a link back to the original page.
5. Embedding & republication
For permission to embed the calculator, republish guides, or use our data in publications, email partners@crsscorecalculator.net. We typically approve requests for newsrooms, schools and non-profits.
6. User accounts (optional)
If you create an optional account to save calculations, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
7. Third-party links
We link to IRCC, provincial governments, language test administrators and reputable third parties. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
8. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including immigration outcomes — arising from your use of the site.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify CRSScoreCalculator.net against any claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Ontario unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.
