1. What we collect
The CRS calculator and every tool on this site runs entirely in your browser. We do not send your age, education, language scores, work history, NOC code, family details or any other calculator inputs to our servers.
If you choose to create an account to save calculations, we store only the data you submit (your email, your saved calculation inputs and outputs). You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
2. Analytics
We use privacy-respecting, aggregated analytics to understand which pages help users — never to identify individuals. Analytics events are stored in aggregate and never linked to personally identifiable information.
3. Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies for site preferences (e.g. last-visited page, theme). We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels that profile you across the web.
4. Third-party services
We use third-party infrastructure providers (e.g. CDN, hosting, optional authentication) that process technical metadata (IP, timestamp, user agent) solely to serve and secure the site. They do not receive your calculator inputs.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR, CCPA and equivalent legislation, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, export, and restrict the processing of your personal data. Because we don't store calculator inputs, there is nothing to act on there. For any account data you've created, email legal@crsscorecalculator.net.
6. Children's privacy
The site is intended for adults considering Canadian immigration. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
7. International users
The site is operated for a global audience considering immigration to Canada. By using the site, you consent to the processing of any data you voluntarily submit in jurisdictions where our infrastructure providers operate.
8. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices change. The "last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes are announced in the site footer for at least 30 days.
